Adriano D’Aversa has travelled across Europe and the Mediterranean, bringing home the best of every culture — and today he shares this through carefully furnished rooms and a cuisine that celebrates the authentic flavours of Puglia every day. Our mission is to create memorable stays, combining modern comfort with the genuine warmth of Apulian tradition — with beautifully appointed rooms, a homemade breakfast and service that pays attention to every detail.

Our History

It all began in 1992, with a suitcase, a great deal of curiosity and a desire to learn. Adriano D’Aversa began his journey into the world of hospitality, gaining valuable experience across Italy, France, Spain, England, Tunisia and Morocco. Every journey adds another piece to the jigsaw; every culture leaves its mark.

In 2012, that passion took shape: the Incontri di Mare Restaurant and Wine Bar, a place where Apulian cuisine meets the world. Years of hard work, dedication and a love for the region have built a solid reputation, based on authentic flavours and guests who keep coming back.

In 2026, the dream expands: the doors of the Seaside B&B. Three brand-new rooms, lovingly refurbished and proudly unveiled, in the heart of Orta Nova. Not just a place to stay — but a place where you can feel part of something genuine.
